About us

We are a college counseling insurrection. After spending lots of time in the admissions world watching stressed out and confused families struggle to get their kids into college, we knew there had to be a better way. We help families untangle the complex process of applying to college. If we do our job right, people sometimes even have fun while working with us. Occasionally, people enjoy working with us so much they consider sending their dog to college after their last kid graduates from high school.

Why Gomundo?

Our name is two words stuck together in what we hope is a rather poetic melding. 'Mundo' is the Spanish word for world and 'go', well, you get the picture. In today's interconnected world, we want families to consider all of the college options that might be right for them.
